Description
W15QKN-19-R-0014 Amendment 0004 Attachment 0019 Appendix D Past Performance Questionnaire ****Amendment 0004 to W15QKN-19-R-0014 is being issued to address questions received in response to the RFP as well as include Attachment 0019 "Appendix D Past Performance Questionnaire. Q1. In reference to the RFP Section L.3.3.1, "10-pitch" refers to the measurement of mono-spaced fonts on a typewriter (10 characters per inch). Most computer fonts are proportional and cannot be measured in pitch as the letters i, l, and j take much less room than m and w. In order to guarantee a font would be 10-pitch we would have to use Courier typeface. Would you please provide us with a desired font requirement in point size, such as 10pt or 11pt Times New Roman and/or Arial? RESPONSE: Font size shall be no less than 10pt. Font type is at offeror's discretion. Q2. In reference to the RFP Section L.3.3.1, may we use a smaller, legible font for figures, graphics, diagrams, and tables such as 8pt or 9pt Arial or Arial Narrow? RESPONSE: No limitation of Font Type or Font size when using for figures, graphics, diagrams and tables. Font must be legible. Q3. In relation to any residual GFM that will be left after the defuse/refuse efforts (fuzes, links, and any damaged rounds), what is the USG's expectation for disposition costs? Currently we are not planning on including any disposition costs for the GFM, with the expectation that the USG will provide disposition instructions and any costs for the disposition, please confirm. RESPONSE: Any residual unused GFM Cartridges will be shipped back to the Government. The Government will pay for the shipping costs, but the Contractor will be responsible for preparing and packaging the unused GFM in a similar condition that they were received. Q4. In reference to the RFP L.7.2, Section 2, question 5 requests contract to submit APPENDIX D. Please advise where APPENDIX D can be found. RESPONSE: APPENDIX D is included as Attachment 0019 entitled, "Appendix D Past Performance Questionnaire. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE SUBMISSION DATE REMAINS UNCHANGED.
