- RFQ - 2019 Defense Security Service Operational Training Conference Southern/Western Region All Hands The DSS has a need for a venue with sleeping rooms, meeting and other event space, food, beverage and audio-visual equipment services for attendees of the DSS Operational Training Conference Regional All Hands. This five-day training event will take place during Monday-Friday in April or March 2019. Travel days are authorized for Friday and Sunday. Cities for consideration are: Tacoma, WA; Kansas City, MO; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; and Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, TX; however, alternate locations may submit proposals for possible consideration. Proposed Dates: March 29 - April 6, 2019 (Alternate, inclusive of travel days) April 5 - 13, 2019 (Preferred, inclusive of travel days)
