- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire Lenel based security system maintenance services. Contractor must provide OnGuard software upgrade and service agreement, equipment troubleshooting/diagnostics, service, maintenance and repair of access control, intrusion detection, fire notification and camera system that exists in buildings SC-1, SC-4, and SC-400 with a required 4-hour response time Monday through Friday 8am “ 4pm The proposed procurement is being processed as a sole source requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561621 with a size standard of $38.5M. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item, using FAR Part 13 “ Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement will be posted in May 2018. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring of the below mentioned website for postings of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government will neither award a contract nor pay for information in response to this notice. It is anticipated the Navy will solicit a limited Source requirement Single Award with 2 option years, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) type; the anticipated start date is November 16th. Interested vendors will be required to submit a quote. The evaluation for contract award will be based upon lowest price technically acceptable. Additional information for this requirement is listed in the solicitation on Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil). Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award.
