- Wage Determination Performance Work Statement (PWS) 1449 Solicitation Seymour Johnson AFB, Goldsboro, North Carolina requires Protestant Religious Education Coordinator services to be provided at the base Chapel beginning 13 Nov 2018. This contract will be for a base period of 1 year, and 4 option periods in addition to a 6-month option to extend if necessary. This is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. All work to be performed is detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All offers shall include the cost of service per month and total cost per period of performance. Quotes shall be sent to 1st Lt Trevor Arnold, trevor.arnold.3@us.af.mil, and 1st Lt Kevin Love, Kevin.love.5@us.af.mil. Any quotes received after 3 PM EST, 13 Nov 2018 shall NOT be considered for award. The Goverment reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with providing a quote. Offerors may return the SF 1449 attached to this solicitation with their quote price written on it, or may submit their quoted prices by email. Either way, responses to this solicitation shall be considered as confirmation of full understanding and commitment to all clauses and terms provided.
