- This requirement shall provide a full range of program management and project management support services to carry out its duties and responsibilities to deliver Business Transformation, Change Management and User Adoption, Activation and Optimization and Training support services to ensure the successful implementation of MHS GENESIS. The range of services required span from subject matter expertise including Project Managers, Management Analyst and Systems Analysts with skill sets and experience that comply with and respond to requirements including current, updated program plans and documentation, current and accurate requirements definition, alternative approaches for fielding, testing, integration, migrating, staging and supporting systems, acquisitions, adherence to standards, specifications and best practices, mitigation of risks, addressing issues associated with successful roll-out, implementation and sustainment of MHS GENESIS.
