- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 36C10X18Q9130 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 effective August 22, 2018. The NAICS Code is 532490 -Other Commercial and Industrial Equipment Leasing. The small business size standard is $32.5 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is W099 -Lease or Rental of Miscellaneous Equipment. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and an addendum is below. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and an addendum is below. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, November 14, at the Philadelphia Information Technology Center, located at 5000 Wissahickon Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19144. The site visit will begin at 10:00 AM EDT. To register for the site visit, please e-mail Anthony.Zibolski@va.gov and Wanda.Edwards@va.gov and include the completed Site Visit Visitor Access Request (Attachment II) form. The email subject line shall reference 36C10X18Q9130. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email on or before Thursday, November 15 at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Anthony.Zibolski@va.gov and Wanda.Edwards@va.gov. Only written questions will be accepted. It is requested that all questions be combined into one Microsoft Word document. The email subject line shall reference 36C10X18Q9130.
