This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purposes of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339113 (Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing). VA has a requirement for Surgical Stretcher-Chairs made specifically for surgical eye procedures. These stretchers allow the patient to stay on one surface from pre-op, through the procedure to post-op. They also allow the surgeon to position the patient properly to comfortably perform the procedure. The Winco TMM5-XTFB reflect the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government s minimum specified requirement. - Dimensions: - Seat width: 24 inches to 29 inches - Seat Length: 75 inches to 80 inches - Overall width: 28 inches to 33 inches - Seat height (low) : 21 inches to 26 inches - Seat height (high): 32 inches to 41 inches - Overall width: 28 inches to 33 inches - Overall chair height (high): 64 inches to 72 inches - Overall chair height (low): 55 inches to 60 inches - Max. The Contracting Officer will evaluate equal products on the basis of information furnished by the offeror or identified in the offer and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer. If an authorized distributor, a statement explaining the added value provided with this purchase if any. Reference the product, facility and sources sought number on all correspondence regarding this announcement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339113 and the small business size standard is 750 employees.
