Description

The Buffalo, NY VAMC has a requirement for a Steam Testing service. The service Contractor shall gather samples and provide steam and condensate quality testing at 6 locations at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. Have samples tested at an accredited facility in accordance  with ANSI/AAMI ST-79 Standard. Chemical analysis of all relevant parameters. Document and organize all results into a comprehensive report for review by VA Staff. The NAICS Code is 221330. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract is between $10,000.00 and $25,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.    All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VA Medical Center. Please note  at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.   This is not a solicitation.
