Description
The solicitation is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 721110 and this requirement is 100% set aside for small business only The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform 10 MTN MC-POD Post Deployment Yellow Ribbon Event as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the terms, conditions and standards in this contract. The Government is anticipating 275 attendees for this event. Staff and attendees will begin to arrive on 7 December 2018 after allowed check-in time. The remaining staff and attendees will arrive and register at the event location on the morning of 8 December 2018. Everyone will depart on 9 December 2018. Performance shall be at a hotel type setting with space for 275 guests and 7 appropriately sized meeting spaces. The location must within a 50 mile radius from the New York National Guard Armory, The service contract act applies and event spaces shall use the most recent wage determination for the county of the event https://www.wdol.gov/sca.aspx. A pre-award visit may be required to ensure the event space meets the minimum requirements of the government as outlined in the PWS. Award will be made to the lowest offer that can accommodate all guests for the event and meet the minimum specifications in the PWS. ALL HOTELS MUST HAVE A 3 STAR RATING OR GREATER. All quotes are due 29OCT2018 by 11am to Melissa.santoro2.civ@mail.mil. ALL or None applies. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov.
