- NWWP4000-19-00024NGB TITLE: REPLACEMENT OF COMPUTER ACCESS FLOORING AT THE WEATHER FORECAST OFFICE (WFO) IN LAKE CHARLES, LA. This is a presolicitation notice for services to replace the computer access flooring for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Weather Service (NWS) WFO at Lake Charles, LA as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 238330. The small business size standard is $15.0 M. Period of performance is 60 days from the notice to proceed. Pursuant to FAR Part 36; the magnitude of this construction project is: Between $25,000 and $100,000. In order to receive an award, the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on November 9, 2018 and quotes are due by November 30, 2019 no later than 12:00 p.m. MDT. A site visit can be scheduled by contacting Keith De Armas, 682-703-3739, keith.de.armas@noaa.gov no later than November 26, 2018. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
