- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is HOODDESFDKLH032 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 448190 with a small business size standard of $20.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-11-15 14:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Hood, TX 76544 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following: LI 001: Blauer Crosstech Emergency Response Jacket Style #9845 "FORT HOOD FIRE" must be placed on the back of each jacket in reflective. Color: Dark Navy Sizing will be supplied after award. Sizing will be provided to the winning bid, however size option must be as listed: XS,S,M,L,XL,2XL,3XL,4XL,5XL,6XL Also must have: Short, Regular & Tall options 3-IN-1 RESPONSE PPE jacket. Warm, liquid proof, and highly breathable 3 season protection. Stand-alone fleece liner for layering in cold weather. Illuminite and ScotchliteTM piping for nighttime safety. On duty enhancements include internal security pockets, double entry lower pockets and optional radio pocket, two way and pit zippers, and a removable hood.
