- The new Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC) established at Fort Pickett near Blackstone, Virginia will provide hard-skills security training to State Department personnel and the foreign affairs community. Due to the physical risks involved in these training exercises, the Diplomatic Security Training, Operational Medicine Unit (DS/T/TPS/SLTD/CTB/OMU) requires ancillary medical professional contractor support.
