- The 673d Medical Group is acquiring one (1) Planmeca ProMax S3 with Panorex + Cephalostat. An "or equal" item is acceptable if it meets the salient characteristics provided in the attachment "Salient Characteristics Planmeca Promax S3". Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable base following the close of this solictation.
