- NSN 424 0 - 016455558 is for LANYARD,SAFETY,INDU. This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for 280 EA. This material will be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The "anticipated" solicitation issue date is November 14, 2018. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
