Description

The East Orange Campus of the NJ VA Healthcare System located at 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018 has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for one Varian Calypso and one Varian RPM System. The service agreement shall include preventative maintenance services, telephone support, remote support and on-site support for both systems. All work shall be performed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified technicians and use only new OEM parts. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is $250,000 to $500,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the East Orange Campus of the NJ VA Healthcare System. This is not a solicitation.
