- This agency proposes to issue a sole source firm fixed price contract for one each Horizontal Boring Mill (HBM) under FSC 3408. Solicitation SPE4A8-18-Q-0030 is for an HBM from Pama Incorporated, CAGE 7BU28. The procurement will include a post processor, training, foundation, IUID tags, shipping and installation. A complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB-18-25-1008 is included as a part of the solicitation.
