- The purpose of this ACTS IDIQ RFP DRAFT amendment is to provide access to the ACTS IDIQ SOW (Exhibit 1a), ACTS IDIQ CDRLs (Exhibit 1b), Delivery Order 01 Virginia Class (VA) Internal Countermeasure Launcher (ICL) SOW (Exhibit 2a), DO 01 VA ICL Performance Specification (Exhibit 2b) and the ACT IDIQ Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLS) associated with the basic IDIQ and future delivery orders (as applicable and called out in specific requirement documents). No response is required. Distribution of additional information, prior to posting of the FINAL RFP is not anticipated.
