- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 817101XY and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 with a small business size standard of $7.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-12-14 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The APG - Tobyhanna requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: See attached solicitation 19Q0002-0001 BASE YEAR PERFORM PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ON THE COMMERCIAL TRUCK SCALE AT BUILDING 44 TO ENSURE OPTIMAL WORKING ORDER AT ALL TIMES. SERVICES SHALL INCLUDE QUARTERLY PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, CALIBRATION AND INSPECTIONS AS PER THE ATTACHED SOW -STATMENT OF WORK. Please see the bid schedule on page 17 There is no tour for this project, we will make a tour available upon request. BASIS FOR AWARD IS: THE AGGREGATE TOTAL OF ALL THE PM CLINS ONLY, WHICH WILL BE 1,3,5,7,9 Wage rates can be found on the Service Contract Act side of www.wdol.gov Wage Determination No.: 2015-5797, Revision No.: 7, Date Of Revision: 07/03/2018 updated 11/15/2018 Method of payment WAWF, Small Business set a side, THE AWARD WILL BE BASED ON PRICE. The awardee shall submit to the POC a written report, consisting of the conditions and recommendations (if any) all truck commercial scales, to include estimated repair time, price breakdown, parts, and labor categories required to make recommended repairs. No work shall commence until written approval is received from the POC. - The Government is under no obligation to use all or any of the funds provided in Line Item 0002. The award amount of this contract is a ceiling for the work to be performed. Payments will only be made for the actual work performed. The contractor exceeds the ceiling at their own risk. Changes to the contract ceiling will be made by contract modification only.
