This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-101; effective October 26, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI 53295-1000 has a need for a CADD Solis ambulatory infusion pump. Currently, the Milwaukee VA Medical Center operates and is using the CADD Solis Pump, Model 2110 with accompanying accessories. These 6 new CADD Solis (brand name or equal) Infusion Pumps being requested in this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation sought MUST use the same drug library, drug cassettes, and other accompanying accessories required for pump functions. Currently, the software operating the existing pumps is the CADD Solis Medical Safety Software License Version 3 (part: 21-2199-0301-01).
