Description
This Combined Solicitation/Synopsis is amended to provide the following answers to questions: Q1. Can the sizes of the mats be changed or must they adhere to the listing? A1. Yes, the sizes can change based on what the Vendor believes to be the best fit for the entrance/exit and/or area the mat will be placed. Q2. Can the type of mat change or must it adhere to the listing in the RFQ? A2. Yes, the type of mat can change. Vendor to quote appropriate mat type for the area. Q3. If the mat type is changed, can the frequency of replacement change? A3. Yes, Vendor to quote what they believe to be technically acceptable adhering to the PWS. As stated in the Performance Work Statement, The Dayton VA Medical Center (DVAMC) has a need for entrance/exit walk off mats to limit debris and tracking of mud/dirt/snow during inclement weather into the facility. This will help provide a professional appearance for staff, patients and visitors. The size and type of mat should meet standards to ensure the Veteran is being served with a welcoming, sanitary, and safe environment. The PWS will be updated prior to award to change the size of mats, type of mats and frequency based on Vendor quote.
