- The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Huachuca Division is issuing this SS/RFI notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Army Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS).
