- Synopsis: - The Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest - Brush Creek / Hayden Ranger District has a requirement for a new bunkhouse. This project consists of site preparation and the construction of a single-story 2300 square foot, 10-person bunkhouse, appliances, a covered porch, site utilities for water, sewer, gas, power and telecommunications. Optional items include additional appliances, air conditioning, parking lot paving, three (3) RV trailer pads and on-site parking, as well as parking for fleet vehicles. We estimate the magnitude of this project (including options) to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. - Drawings, plans and specifications are 100% complete and available now via email upon request to the POC at no charge. All solicitation documents will be posted with the actual solicitation on www.fbo.gov. - "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." - Basic Contract Requirements: - 1.
