- The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source, to COSMED USA, Inc., Concord, CA 94520-1240, for their "K5 ANT+ Wearable Metabolic Technology" (product ID K09097-01-99) due to its' portable, validated pulmonary gas exchange measurement system, with breath-by-breath analysis that is suitable for deriving energy expenditure data to the fidelity needed to for adequate assessment of fatigue-induced changes in physiological performance. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
