- On-site Pest Control Technician - Kansas City VA Medical Center The purpose of this modification is to extend this contract, effective from 12/17/2018 - 03/16/2018. 1. The Services for CLIN 0001 are hereby extended for the period of 12 December 2018 to 16 March 2019. 2. The prices from CLIN 0001 are to be effective during this extension. 3. The grand total for the contract is increased by $35,360.00, from $35,360.00 to $70,720.00. 4. The Contractor shall reference IFCAP Obligation # 589-C90148 for all invoices. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions of this contract as a result of this modification. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
