- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is SILL434KJR0021 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339920 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-12-18 11:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Sill, OK 73503 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: New non-motorized, self-generated curved treadmill. The minimum requirements for the treadmills shall be as follows: a. All 3 shall be the same make and model. b. Shall be non-motorized, self-generated, curved treadmill. c. Shall have a running area of at least 67 L X 17 W. d. Shall have a minimum capacity of at least 350lbs run and 700lbs walk. e. Shall have a minimum of 10MM thick, shock-absorbing vulcanized rubber surface. f. Shall have a water bottle and cell phone holder on the frame. g. Shall have built in wheels for transport. h. Shall have a display console capable of displaying users time, calories burned, distance, speed, watts, RPM, pace, heart rate and be compatible with a variety of mobile fitness smartphone apps.
