- 89243319RFE000014 Pre-Solicitation The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for Site Operations Support (SOS) services for NETL. The acquisition is set aside for 8(a) small businesses who qualify under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a small business size standard of $38.5M. The SBA Requirement Number is 0390/19/900028/01. It is anticipated that a DRAFT solicitation will be made available for downloading and comment prior to the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP). It is anticipated that the DRAFT solicitation will be publicly available in the 2nd quarter of FY 2019.
