- The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is issueing this presolicitation notice for a Consolidated Facility Management (CFM) and custodial services contract supporting two (2) different sites: Capitol Police Buildings and Grounds (CPBG), located on the Capitol Hill Complex in Washington, D.C., and the Alternate Computer Facility (ACF), located within the National Capitol Region in Northern Virginia.
