- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, on behalf of the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command, has a requirement to procure Law Enforcement Professional Program services. The place of performance is worldwide locations supporting Combatant Commands. The Government intends to award a single-source Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will consist of a 15-month base period including a 90-day transition in and three, 12-month option periods on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost Reimbursement (no fee), and Firm-Fixed Price basis. The Government intends to issue Task Orders with a performance period of 12-months. The estimated ceiling for the IDIQ is $96.5M with a guaranteed minimum amount of $10K. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and a draft PWS for the first Task Order will be released to afford, industry an opportunity to provide comments and questions. The place of performance for the first Task Order is Afghanistan. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation approximately March 2019. The Government intends to issue the solicitation unrestricted, on a best value tradeoff basis. The release of draft Sections L & M will be forthcoming.
