Description

This is Request for Proposal (RFP) W912PX-19-R-0001 and associated PWS for the STCS Upgrade at JIATFS. This acquisition is anticipated to be a sole source award to Raytheon due to the proprietary nature of the systems. A notice of intent to sole source (special notice/presolicitation) was posted to FBO.gov on 10/15/18 and allowed other potntional vendors to responde until 10/30/18. A sole source J&A has been approved and is also being posted with this notice. Please Note: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
