Description
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is issuing the following Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Ceramic Test Coupons outlined here in and per the attached specifications document. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. Interested small business vendors are strongly encouraged to submit their quotation on the attached RFQ Standard Form (SF) 18, and provide all supporting documents, as necessary, via the FedConnect portal at www.fedconnect.net. The vendor's quotation may also be accepted via email. Vendors may email their quote to the Cynthia Panasiewicz assigned to this requirement, at Cynthia.Panasiewicz@netl.doe.gov, by the due date and time indicated in Block 10 of the RFQ SF-18. If submitting a quote via FedConnect, please do not also submit via email. EVALUATION: Selection will be based on the small business vendor ™s quotation that is considered technically acceptable with the lowest firm-fixed price quote. The Government anticipates issuing a single award from this RFQ. To be considered for evaluation, vendors must quote on all items/services listed in the solicitation. Vendors shall submit descriptive literature detailing features, technical capabilities, and warranty data (as necessary). Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this solicitation, and in meeting the attached specifications document requirements. Therefore, it is essential that vendors provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc., in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE. PLEASE CONTACT 877-472-3779 or fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
