Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Becton, Dickinson and Co., USBDB Service Contract Administration, 2350 Qume Drive, San Jose, CA, 95131 a service agreement for BD LSR II Flow Cytometer (serial #H1122), BD LSR II / BSL 3/4 Lab Flow Cytometer (serial #H47200004), and Violet, UV, Red lasers. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13.501(a)(1). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
