- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilmington, DE has a requirement for project 460-15-102 Renovate Tranquility Garden This project consists of, but not limited to the following; Professional construction services to include general demolition and provide therapeutic activities in an outdoor garden setting to strengthen physical, social, psychological and spiritual benefits for the residents of the Community Living Center located at the Wilmington, Delaware VA Medical Center for Specialty Clinics. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 365 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work on this project shall be accomplished between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov. Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 and the small business size standard is $15 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about December 27, 2018.
