All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, and Quote spreadsheet via email (preferred) to: josie.manderscheid@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 684-0155. Solicitation package 36C77019Q0190 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about December 14, 2018, and will close on December 18, 2018 (9 AM CST) these dates are subject to change.
