- Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, intends to procure agile software development courses from Coursera, Inc. Coursera, Inc. is the sole designer and producer of these courses. This solicitation will be issued as an RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. We anticipate the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Interested persons may submit a capability statement to this office by 11:59 am, 15 November 2018. The government will not pay for any information submitted. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-NOV-2018).
