- EXIM Bank Washington, DC is providing a notice of intent to issue a solicitation to provide a Web-based information service/database covering global airline financial and operational data to be accessible by 11 - 15 Export-Import Bank of the US (EXIM) staff members via username and password. All work of building the database is expected to be performed by the Contractor off-site. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide the Comprehensive International Airlines Financial Data Information Service / Database including training. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
