Description: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Syracuse, New York, that will be expiring. The Government requires contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 11,662 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOASF), and a maximum of 12,245 ABOASF. The lease term requirement is for fifteen (15) years, with ten (10) years firm. The space must be ready for occupancy between July 2021 and July 2024.
