- The US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, WV intends to award a purchase order to EBSCO Industries, Inc of Tinton Falls, NJ for online database services to Education Research Complete, SocIndex with Full Text, and access to ERIC. The period of performance for the proposed contract is 01/01/2019 through 12/31/2019. The proposed contract is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses with this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This special notice ends on 12/29/2018 at 11:59 pm ET.
