- Description
- The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed-price contract for a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) subscription service agreement to Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation dba PickPoint, a small business. The period of performance will be a 12-month period from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 with four one-year option periods. The acquisition is for a subscription service agreement on PickPoint LxS Pharmaceutical Dispensing System for the Great Plains IHS Hospitals and Health Centers. The total estimated value is less than $280,000.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from issuing a solicitation on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and is based on the intellectual property rights of the original equipment manufacturer.
