- NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Big Data Learning Platform development. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to George Mason University's Spatiotemporal Innovation Center, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that George Mason University's Spatiotemporal Innovation Center, George Mason University is the sole provider of Big Data Learning Platform development. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
