- The Department of the Army seeks to lease approximately 27,563 to 28,238 square feet of usable contiguous office space in Huntsville, Alabama. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, energy star compliant, and must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100 year floodplain.
