- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to EVOQUA WATER TECHNOLOGIES LLC for Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Reverse Osmosis and De-Ionized Water Systems for the San Francisco VA Medical Center. EVOQUA s proprietary equipment is installed at this site. A draft of the statement of work is attached. If you believe that your company is capable of Preventative Maintenance and Repair of Reverse Osmosis and De-Ionized Water Systems in accordance with the statement of work, please provide your information and capability by responding to Daniel.Szambelan@va.gov and angela.gerlitzki@va.gov by December 18, 2018. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 and the size standard is $7.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
