- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a contractor to provide Braille Certification Training for the National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS/BPH), an organization under the Library of Congress. The intended contract shall be Firm-Fixed Price with an anticipated Period of Performance of One Base year and Four Option Years.
