- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 - "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Tecplot, Inc. for the renewal of 12 Tecplot 360 software seats and the addition of two Tecplot 360 seats under the existing licenses. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
