- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C10G-19-R-0009 is issued for this combined synopsis/solicitation; this solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of this RFP is to seek support for OSDBU s Procurement Review Team (PRT). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates all provisions and clauses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 and Product/Service Code R707. This procurement action is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with FAR Part 15 with a one-year base plus four (4) one-year options for the VA Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics (OPAL), Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). Delivery is FOB Destination. The delivery time shall be identified in the actual contract. The Government reserves the right to award with no negotiations, as determined by the Contracting Officer.
