- Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to establish one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to procure Financial Management System Monitoring and Support Services. Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
