Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-19-Q-0032 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20181204 This solicitation is for Maintenance services on government owned Getinge Steam Sterilizers, Washer Disinfectors, Ultrasonic Cleaners and Cart Washer located at Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital, Fort Polk, Louisiana. The period of performance is 01 March 2019 - 28 February 2020.
