Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Laboratory of Infectious Diseases intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Becton, Dickinson and Co., USBDB Service Contract Administration, 2350 Qume Drive, San Jose, CA 95131 service agreement for twelve (12) cytometers that consist of the following: FACSAria II SORP (No Lasers) - serial #P90500004, FACSAria II SORP (No Lasers) - serial #P90100001, FACSAria II Special (No Lasers) - serial #P0149, FACSAria II Special (No Lasers) - serial #P07900144, FACSymphony A3 - serial #H66093700002, High Throughput Sampler - serial #U30100395, FACS Flow Supply System - serial #N3492774734, FACSCanto II - serial #V96300351, High Throughput Sampler - serial #U19900083, LSRFortessa SORP (No Lasers) - serial #H79300001, FACSAria III 6 Laser System - serial #P28200155, and FACSAria II SORP (No Lasers) - serial #P0153, which includes twenty-nine (29) lasers (see attached instrument list). This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13.501(a)(1). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-DEC-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
