Description

The VA Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking information for Market Research purposes only. It is the intent of this research to identify qualified firms capable of upgrading its existing Rauland Responder System/Nurse Call System. In submitting your capabilities, the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and quality control to install and upgrade existing Rauland Responder nurse call system. This Statement of Work (SOW) provides for technical and physical equipment that will be required for the Nurse Call System to be upgraded in 1-B SCI, 1-C SCI, 2-B SCI, ED, Outpatient Radiology, 1st Floor Stone Center, Radiology and PBX. Installation will consist of removing all of the existing Responder 4 components and replace with Responder 5. This is a NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, but a request for information that will be utilize purposes of determining the best acquisition strategy. This Request For Information (RFI) is specifically seeking information from the following business concerns in order of precedence as follows: SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), Hub Zone businesses, Women-Owned Small Business concerns, Small Disadvantage Business (SDB) and Small Businesses. The NAICS code applicable to the subject procurement is 236220. The small business size standard is $36.5M. Qualified Firms can submit statements of capability electronically in PDF format to corey.malik@va.gov Statements of Capability must demonstrate and provide the information contained in this RFI. In addition, submissions should include the references of the CO and/or COR, or the Primary Point of Contact for each project provided. The Project start and end date, the contract value of the listed project should all be provided in order for the Contracting Officer to make an objective determination for this procurement action. No Telephone Calls Will Be Accepted. Responses must be received by the Contracting Officer No Later Than Close of Business (COB) January 04, 2018.
