Description

This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The Government intends to award a fixed price purchase order to Diversified Laboratory Repair, Inc., Gaithersburg, MD 20879. The purpose of this award is to comply with GMP, GTP or GLP regulations and NIH Policy, 26101-16 Management of Ultra-Low Temperature Freezers to Promote Energy Efficiency in Cold Storage for Biomedical Research. The Government is requesting the following: Two (2) Preventative Maintenance Inspections with Calibration will be performed annually. Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Inspection labels shall be affixed to each unit at time of each inspection. Certificates of Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Inspection Certificates will be provided after each inspection. An Equipment Status Report will accompany the certificates, providing an overview of our inspection findings. All reading will be performed using NIST traceable instruments.
