- Performance Work Statement Contract Title: Local TV Media Outreach within the Cincinnati VA Medical Center s Service Area. Background: The Cincinnati VAMC Public Affairs Office is responsible for reaching the veteran population in the Cincinnati VAMC service area and providing knowledge about the facility and the services provided. Scope: This contract would allow for the creation and distribution of TV commercials/video vignettes to the local veteran population. It would also allow for marketing possibilities at the 2019 Cincinnati Red s opening day rally event. Specific Tasks: ST #1: Production support of ten (10) veteran s stories about their received care and experience at the Cincinnati VAMC. Should be completed as 15 to 30 second video vignettes. ST #2: Placement of the products from ST #1 during TV spots during entertainment hours and sporting events. A minimum of 100 spot placements, resulting in a minimum of 100,000 TV impressions over one period of performance under the contract. ST #3: Provide support to produce and air two (2) 30-second commercial during the 2019 Super Bowl Pre-Game Show. Airing should take place for one commercial between the hours of 12:00 P.M. EST. and 1:00 P.M. EST. and one between the hours of 5:00 P.M. EST. and 6:00 P.M. EST. ST #4: Provide placement of nine (9) 30-second commercials during the weekly featured movie/event during prime-time hours. Total time per featured movie/event shall be 4.5 minutes in all. ST #5: The below task shall be included for the Cincinnati Red s Opening Day Rally: 1.5 hours placement of the VAMC s logo on screen during parade coverage. 1 (one) Live script read by the anchor covering event about the Cincinnati VAMC. 1 (one) 10x10 booth and banner located in Fountain Square during event. Performance Monitoring: Increase in new Veteran growth within the Cincinnati VA Medical Center measured quarterly from past FY18 to FY 19 data of total number of Veterans using the Medical Center based upon comparative data. Security Requirements: The C&A requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required Risk Control: The Office of Public Affairs at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center will ensure information shared and the subject matter experts providing viewpoints is accurate and not falsely represented. Additionally, no personal views about any aspects of the federal government will be a topic of discussion.
